Detailed Description

IHE XDS.b Document Source Actor (ITI-41 Provide and Register Document Set-b).

The Document Source transmits an ebXML submission set plus one or more documents to a Document Registry over SOAP 1.2 + MTOM + HTTPS. This class orchestrates envelope construction, WS-Security signing, MTOM packaging, and libcurl transport, and returns a typed Result<submit_response>.

Scope of this header (Issue #1128):

• Document Source actor only.
• Consumer (#1129), Registry Query (#1130), and ATNA wiring (#1131) are siblings and intentionally not exposed here.

Interoperability caveat: the WS-Security signature produced by submit() advertises the project-local canonicalization URI "urn:kcenon:xds:c14n:pugixml-format-raw-v1", NOT exc-c14n (http://www.w3.org/2001/10/xml-exc-c14n#). The signature is self-verifiable and bit-reproducible, but it is not interoperable with a third-party exc-c14n verifier until a follow-up issue lands full namespace-rewriting canonicalization. Production deployments against a real IHE Gazelle / Apache CXF / .NET WIF registry must wait for that follow-up.
